Cancellation window

You can cancel any order before dispatch at no cost. Once dispatched, the order falls under our return policy.

How to cancel

Email support@onesnation.in with your order number, or visit your account dashboard and click Cancel order on the order page.

Refund of cancelled orders

Prepaid orders: full refund within 3 business days. Partial-COD orders (50% advance): full advance refunded within 3 business days.
